Barbara, Florida July 22, 2020 at 2:23 pm"These are very nice stools. We ordered the stools in March, We had to wait many more weeks than usual because of the coronavirus delays. The stools arrived on June 27. 2 of the 6 stools were damaged. I took pics of the damage and sent pics in an email to Barstool Comforts. The replacement parts came in two separate shipments. We received our final replacement parts on July 21. Now all the stools look pristine and beautiful, but it has been a process. The damage in transit was cuts into the fabric."
