"The stools are beautiful and so comfy!!! That would be a 5 star! But, the problem with the legs being uneven should be addressed in the factory before shipping! No one should have to beat the legs into submission to get them even … and that did not even work. I would definitely buy them again if assembled or legs leveled !"

"These are well built, comfortable, and look great. We really like how the parts to swivel the seat are concealed under the cushion. The assembly was easy and straightforward. However, several were missing fasteners which we had to go buy at the local hardware store."

"We love our counter stools. They are extremely well made and look stunning. Customer service is excellent, as well. One stool had arrived with a slight cut in the back cushion. Barstool Comforts replaced the damaged cushion and shipped it to me free of charge in under 2 weeks time."
