About Suspension Seating

The Barstool Comforts website is full of information and easy to navigate. I asked for a few fabric samples and they fulfilled my request quickly. I was able to make a decision and placed the order very easily online. I was notified when the barstools shipped and was provided a tracking number. Shipping and delivery were smooth and trouble free. I emailed Barstool Comforts a couple of different times with questions and each time I received a fast and helpful response. I would not hesitate to make a purchase with them again. Great folks!"

"We bought four barstools and all aspects of the process were excellent. Ordering the items online was easy to do and well thought out process. Once we placed the order the company stayed in contact with us about the process of building our barstools so we never had to wonder if they were progressing with the order. When it came time to deliver they inform us and we were able to receive delivery from the delivery company. I want to highlight that we have bought other furniture online from other companies and the biggest problem with most companies is the delivery process is bad (all of them use third party delivery companies) and they do not properly package furniture. Barstool Comforts packages their barstools in a very excellent manner. They arrive well protected and no damage at all. The delivery company they used for my location also did an excellent job of delivering the boxes without any outside damage. So all around an excellent job. Now the stools themselves are well made, the color of the material matches closely to what you see online and the stools are very sturdy. We are very pleased and will be a repeat customer of this company."
